This policy applies to all Adsgenix subscriptions and credit purchases processed via Prime Gateway. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Quick Reference — What Is and Isn't Eligible

  • Verified billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts charged)
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation was processed
  • Technical failures that prevented service delivery for the entire billing period

❌ NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Used or partially used AI credits
  • Unused AI credits (credits expire per plan terms — not refundable)
  • Subscription fees for a period already accessed, even partially
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
  • Accidental purchases discovered after 7 days
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Video credit packs once any credits have been consumed

1. Digital Credits Policy

All AI Credit and Video Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are digital goods consumed immediately upon use. Once purchased, credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded under any circumstances except verified billing errors.

How Credits Work:

Why Credits Are Non-Refundable: When you use AI credits, Adsgenix incurs real-time costs from third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) that cannot be reversed. These costs are paid on your behalf at the moment of generation, regardless of whether you use or publish the generated content.

2. Billing Errors — Investigation & Resolution

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us immediately at billing@adsgenix.com. Billing error claims must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed charge. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review.

Within 5–7 business days — you receive a written decision with outcome and next steps

Same day as approval — refund initiated via Prime Gateway to your original payment method

Additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

Typically 7–17 business days from complaint to funds in your account

3. Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel:

  1. Log in to your Adsgenix dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation — you will receive an email confirmation immediately

What Happens After Cancellation:

Best Practice: To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You can find your next billing date in Settings → Billing.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. Cancelling an annual plan stops the next renewal — there are no refunds for the remaining months of a paid annual period. You retain access for the full 12 months already paid.

Downgrade Policy: Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current plan remains active until then. No credit is issued for the difference in plan cost.

4. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve billing disputes quickly and fairly — a chargeback is rarely necessary and causes harm to both parties.

Our Preferred Process: Email billing@adsgenix.com before contacting your bank. We resolve the majority of billing disputes within 5–7 business days — faster than most chargeback processes.

Prime Gateway Dispute Process: All payment disputes are handled through Prime Gateway's secure dispute resolution system. Adsgenix complies with all Prime Gateway dispute policies and timelines.
