Summary: Adsgenix provides digital AI marketing services. All sales are final unless you experience a verifiable technical failure within 7 days of payment and have not used any AI credits. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

You may cancel your Adsgenix subscription at any time. Here is how it works:
⚠️ Note for Annual Plans: If you are on an Annual plan and cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase (and have used zero AI or Video credits), you may be eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, annual plan fees are non-refundable regardless of usage.
If you experience a verifiable technical failure that completely prevents you from accessing the Adsgenix platform immediately after payment, and you have not used any AI credits or Video credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.

If you are charged an incorrect amount or charged twice for the same subscription period, we will process a full correction immediately upon verification. Contact us within 3 days of the incorrect charge with your Razorpay Payment ID.
AI Credits and Video Credits are strictly non-refundable once consumed. Each credit represents a real computational cost we immediately incur with our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, HeyGen). Once content is generated, these costs cannot be recovered.
✅ Our Promise: We will always handle refund requests fairly and transparently. If you are genuinely in a situation not covered by the above policy, please reach out — we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
