Adsgenix provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Because our products are digital and delivered over the internet, we do not have physical shipping requirements.
Access to the Adsgenix platform and its AI tools is provided immediately upon successful completion of the registration and payment process. You will receive a confirmation email with account details, and you can log in to your dashboard to start using the services right away.
Your subscription credits and platform features are activated instantly. In case of any technical delay or if the dashboard does not reflect your updated plan within 30 minutes of payment, please contact our support team.
The successful login to your account and the presence of AI credits or active tools in your dashboard constitute proof of delivery. We maintain logs of account activation and tool usage for audit purposes.
There are no shipping or delivery charges for using Adsgenix. All platform access is included in your subscription fee.
